Frequently asked questions

My child was sick and missed a class, does this count against their hours for the week or can they get a make up class later in the week?
No this does not count against their hours for the week and we will work with your schedule to make sure you get the hours per week that you paid for!
Can my child work on their coding outside of the classroom hours?
With the instructions being done on video, students can access their work at any time and on any device.
How does billing work and can I change or cancel it at any time?
Upon deciding on the amount of hours you would like, a recurring monthly subscription link will be sent to you. You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. We also offer a refund policy so you can try your first month risk free!
Are there specific sessions for specific courses or can I book whenever?
Students can book classes at any time. With our program being set up to allow independent student learning, we can have students working on a variety of classes at the same time. If students need help, they are provided with one-on-one instruction, and care is taken to make sure they are provided individual attention to help them progress
My child isn't enjoying a course they are doing, are they able to change pathways?
Of course! Pathways are not set in stone and students can change at any time. If they are not finding a course as enjoyable as they thought, they can change at any time. We are willing to work with individual students to find the course that is the right fir for them in terms of enjoyment and difficulty.
